Why is carbohydrate restriction the first treatment offered by medical pros when diabetes is diagnosed?
Researchers like RD Feinman, Eric Westman, Jeff Volek ect... have proven it's success. MD's such as R Bernstein, Westman & Vernon use it daily to get their patients on far less meds & many times off meds all together.
