- I am going for an operation on my eye lids in September 2012. The doctor as said before the operaron I must stop my blood thinners for two weeks. The blood thinner I am taking is 2 Pradax pils, one in the morning and one at nigh. These pills replace the Warfarin I was takeing for some 8 years.
What kind of danger am I in if I stop taking these pills for 2 weeks? The reason I am taking Pradax is because my body was covered with a very bad red rase that itched all the time. I am very conern with the stopping of this drug in case I will bleed and kill myself.
