Olfactory nerve damage - loss of smell and taste

Hello, I am looking for away to regain my sense of smell and taste. When I was around 13 years old I rode and showed horses. I was jumping over a fence when my horse stopped and I was knocked out for a moment. I was wearing a helmet and I believe that is what damaged my Olfactory Nerves, when his head hit my helmet that hit my forehead. I remember having a sense of smell until I was about 15-16 years old. Since that time I have had NO SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE FOR THE LAST 34 YEARS OF MY LIFE. Please help I have never be able to smell my husband or children, that wonderful baby smell.
